Honduras- El Puente by Marysabel Caballero, Anacafe 14 Fully Washed 

Marysabel’s coffee is back on the shelves. El Puente, her Cup of Excellence-winning farm, has contributed to set the level in Honduras. Thanks to the dedication of Marysabel and her husband Moises Herrera, the work the'yve done in their different farms helped raise the bar for Honduran coffee over the past decade.

This specific lot features a rare and relatively new variety—a natural mutation between Pacamara and Catimor, first discovered in Guatemala around 1980. After years of careful selection, it was officially named Anacafé 14 in 2014. The variety offers strong disease resistance, high yield, and solid cup quality—great for farmers, good for baristas.
