The Sawana lot comes from the Sewda Natural Coffee Processing Wet Mill in Guji, Oromia, Ethiopia. This station works with around 600 smallholder farmers who deliver ripe cherries daily and are paid a fair market price with an added premium for quality. Operations are managed by Testi Coffee, a family-owned company committed to supporting farmers and producing exceptional Ethiopian coffees. In my personal opinion, they're making some of the best lots in Ethiopia right now.

No doubt about this one, it's a classic washed Ethiopian coffee with a bright and refined profile. You can expect bergamot and orange notes, a refreshing iced tea aftertaste, and a velvety body — simply beautiful.
